Who we are
PmeWeb (pmeweb.ca) designs and hosts websites for Quebec small businesses. For any question about your personal information, write to info@pmeweb.ca.
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we only collect the information you provide: company name, your name, your email and, if applicable, your message. This information is sent to us by email; this site creates no account and stores this information in no database.
How it is used
This information is used exclusively to answer your request and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. The form email is delivered by our sending provider Resend.
Information from your site's visitors
When we design and host a site for a client and that site collects information from its own visitors (for example through a form), we act as the client's agent. We process that information only to provide the service, following the client's instructions, and we notify the client without delay of any confidentiality incident.
Retention
We keep the form information only as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request. You can request its deletion at any time and we act on it.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies. Audience measurement is a first-party tool operated by PmeWeb, with no cookies, no identifiers and no cross-site tracking: we keep only aggregate counts (page views, visits). The IP address is processed momentarily for security purposes, to prevent abuse, and is never stored.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@pmeweb.ca. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is the owner of PmeWeb, reachable at the same address.
